The Cluster Business Head will be responsible for driving business growth managing a direct sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives in the life insurance domain. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives agents and managers within the direct channel team. Set clear performance targets for the team and provide regular coaching feedback and training. Motivate the team to achieve business goals and ensure high levels of productivity and morale. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets. Monitor team performance against goals analyze trends and make necessary adjustments to strategies. Drive cross-selling upselling and customer acquisition to increase market penetration. Market and Competitive Analysis: Keep track of industry trends competitor products and market dynamics to ensure the team stays competitive. Identify opportunities to improve the sales approach products and services offered to customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer retention and satisfaction. Ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience from lead generation through policy issuance and servicing. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on sales performance market conditions and team productivity. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare forecasts recommending actions as necessary.
