Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified IT Technical Analyst with a specialization in logistics to join our Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of technology solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of logistics operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration reliable application support and effective data management throughout the supply chain.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze design and implement technology solutions to optimize logistics processes.
Prepare user requirements functional and technical specifications design documentation and go-live plans.
Manage and maintain ERP and WMS systems used within the organization ensuring their optimal performance.
Provide technical support to internal users for logistics-related tools and systems.
Develop and implement system integrations (API ETL EDI).
Monitor the performance of IT systems related to logistics and recommend continuous improvements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement new technologies.
Ensure data quality and security within logistics systems.
Document procedures configurations and best practices for the use of logistics technologies.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT with a focus on logistics and supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge in the administration and integration of logistics ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or others).
Proven experience in developing IT solutions for logistics including system and database integration (SQL API ETL).
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using BI tools such as Power BI Tableau Qlik or similar.
Ability to manage technology projects in logistics environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science Telecommunications or a related field.
Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in process automation using RPA tools or script development (Python VBA Shell).
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
Proficiency with IT project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana.
Experience in cybersecurity as applied to logistics systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
