Structural BIM Engineer (Revit ETABS LOD 300)
Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred)

Tasks
- Auditorium Works is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural BIM Engineer to join our remote team for a prestigious international project. The engineer will be responsible for structural design development and BIM modeling up to LOD 300 using Revit 2024 and ETABS 22.4.0 aligned with client BIM protocols on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Develop structural design models in Revit at Schematic and 100% Detailed Design (LOD 300) stages.
- Perform structural analysis and modeling using ETABS v22.4.0 with zero-error compliance.
- Extract structural BOQs (slabs beams columns walls foundations) as per provided templates.
- Prepare and update drawings in accordance with project phases and client submission standards.
- Ensure BIM outputs meet project requirements and coordinate across trades (architecture MEP etc.).
- Use detail lines for 2D rebar detailing (no 3D rebar modeling required).
- Maintain strict timelines including possible Saturday work with daily coordination on WhatsApp and email.
- Work directly on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) using provided licenses only.
- Adhere to consultant templates Revit families and naming conventions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in structural design and BIM modeling.
Proficient in Revit (2024) and ETABS (v22.4.0).
Strong understanding of BIM Level of Development (LOD 300).
Prior experience in international projects or Middle East coordination is preferred.
Familiar with BOQ extraction and documentation.
Excellent communication skills for remote coordination and daily progress updates.
