Job Description
Job Title: Flink Developer
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Preferred Location: Bangalore (Open to candidates from other locations)
We are seeking an experienced Flink Developer with a strong background in event-driven microservices architecture real-time data processing and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in modern engineering practices and capable of building scalable resilient and observable systems.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain real-time applications using Flink within a microservices architecture

Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints

Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and serverless services

Deliver high-quality code using JavaScript TypeScript and
-
Write unit and integration tests using Jest
-
Leverage AWS cloud services (EC2 ECS S3 SNS SQS Lambda API Gateway CloudWatch)
-
Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK
-
Apply event-driven and event sourcing design patterns
-
Use DynamoDB and Redis for scalable NoSQL solutions
-
Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins Buildkite) and observability tools (New Relic Datadog)

Participate in iterative agile delivery story slicing and continuous delivery practices

Implement contract testing using PACTFlow

Contribute to automation and scripting efforts for operational efficiency

Proficiency in Flink for real-time stream processing
-
Solid understanding of microservices principles and design patterns
-
Experience with cloud-native development in AWS
-
Knowledge of modern DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

Strong focus on test automation monitoring and reliability
