Job Description

Collaborate with internal and client teams to design and implement high-quality scalable technology solutions.

Understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical specifications and designs.

Lead specific project modules or workstreams contributing actively to hands-on implementation.

Partner with technical architects to validate designs solution architecture and delivery approach.

Apply best practices in development methodologies (Agile Waterfall) to ensure successful execution.

Support project leads in planning staffing delivery and risk mitigation.

Manage a diverse technical team mentoring junior members and driving team growth.

Oversee task planning workload distribution and ensure on-time delivery with a focus on quality.

Contribute to creation of project deliverables including business cases solution designs technical architectures test plans deployment strategies and operational roadmaps.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

3 5 years of relevant experience in data management ETL development and analytics platforms.

Proficiency in SQL Python and experience with cloud platforms like AWS Snowflake or Databricks.

Strong understanding of RDBMS data warehousing MDM and data quality best practices.

Hands-on experience in big data concepts and building data pipelines.

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

Effective stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Proven experience working in global virtual teams with cross-functional collaboration.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic deadline-driven environment.
-
Willingness to travel for client collaboration or internal project requirements.
