Overview
The Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for Social Science (SST) plays a critical role in the educational framework of our institution shaping the minds of students in upper primary and secondary levels. This position is essential as it promotes critical thinking and a deeper understanding of historical geographical and social contexts among students. The TGT SST will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs implementing strategies that foster an inclusive classroom environment and evaluating student performance through various assessment methods. Additionally the TGT SST contributes to the overall development of students by encouraging their social and emotional growth in a supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Social Science that align with the curriculum.
- Deliver engaging instruction that fosters critical thinking and student participation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field with a specialization in Social Science.
- Masters degree or additional qualifications in Education preferred.
- A valid teaching certification or license for the relevant grade level.
- Proven experience in teaching Social Science at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong understanding of curriculum standards and educational practices.
