Job Title: TGT Sanskrit Teacher
Location: India
Work Mode: On-Site
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Sanskrit education.
- Prepare students for exams ensuring they meet academic standards.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Incorporate modern teaching methods and technology.
- Promote cultural appreciation and awareness through language study.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
- Select and utilize appropriate learning resources and materials.
- Facilitate group discussions and collaborative activities.
- Encourage critical thinking and creativity among students.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs.
- Adapt lesson content to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Build a rapport with students to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Sanskrit education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Sanskrit or relevant field.
- Teaching certification or diploma in education.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong command of spoken and written Sanskrit.
- Proficient in classroom management techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students parents and faculty.
- Familiarity with educational software and technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative teaching methods and lesson planning.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment techniques.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
- Cultural knowledge and sensitivity regarding language learning.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
