Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Energy
Division to lead and drive the growth of a Clean Energy solutions company which focuses on creating Heat Electricity Bio-fuel Bio-manure and Bio-Hydrogen from waste. You will be
responsible for defining and executing business strategies ensuring operational excellence and
overseeing financial performance to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize energy sector operations.
- Oversee energy projects ensuring efficient regulatory compliance and profitability.
- Manage relationships with government agencies investors and industry stakeholders.
- Drive business development partnerships and investment opportunities.
- Monitor market trends emerging technologies and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure financial performance through budgeting forecasting and cost control measures.
- Lead innovation and adoption of renewable and sustainable energy solutions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Renewable Energy) or Business Administration.
- Experience: 15 years in the energy sector like WTP STP CBG Biogas etc. including leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in power generation renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in strategic planning business expansion and financial management.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks environmental policies and sustainability practices.
- Ability to drive technological innovation and process improvements.
