Job Description
- Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with curricular standards.
- Utilize various instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Create lesson plans that stimulate interest and promote language acquisition.
- Monitor and assess student performance through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking through discussions and activities.

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior.

- Organize and participate in school events such as English language fairs.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs.
- Utilize educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Manage classroom resources and materials efficiently throughout the year.
- Promote a love for reading by recommending appropriate literature and resources.
- Bachelors degree in Education English or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license in primary education.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the primary level.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Experience in curriculum planning and assessment methods.
- Knowledge of educational technologies and digital resources.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff parents and the community.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
