Job Description
As a Floor Technician you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Your dedication will help ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for both residents and teammates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment including buffers scrubbers and vacuums.
- Perform regular upkeep and minor repairs of cleaning equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a floor technician housekeeping or laundry role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating floor care equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good physical stamina and capability to lift and carry heavy loads.
