The Systems Engineer is responsible for the installation and configuration of RJ Youngs current software portfolio in a client environment.
Essential Functions

Complete proper documentation; log time and project information inside of the helpdesk software (currently ConnectWise).
Resolve customers reported issues remotely.
Effectively use time management for the benefit of the company and client.
Effectively communicate with customers to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Escalate customer problems to proper entity.
Document daily activity and time utilization.
Attend project meetings as required.
Follow proper warranty procedures.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position will work in systems (DocuWare PSICapture Uniflow and Papercut) and the components are based on IIS confirmations and generally use SQL database backend.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time; Monday- Friday
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems
Preferred Education and Experience
Two-year technical degree
Experience in other or mixed environments (Linux Mac etc.)
Experience with DocuWare or other document management systems
