Job Description
Full-time 40 hours/week 6:30pm-8:20am 3rd shift. Friday Saturday Sunday. Pay range $24.29 to $25.73 per hour based on experience. Must have basic working knowledge of plumbing carpentry electrical systems. Must be capable of operating power tools in a safe manner. Must possess a valid New York State drivers license and be able to operate company vehicles and equipment necessary to perform assigned duties. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. A Minimum of 2 years related work experience. Performs general corrective and preventive maintenance. Assist in maintaining buildings equipment heating cooling electrical and plumbing systems. Participates in snow removal subject to emergency call. Performs other duties as may be assigned. Normal work schedule will be Friday Saturday Sunday 6:30pm-8:20am overnights 3rd shift. FULL TIME 40hrs/week ONLY 3 DAY WORK WEEK. Submit resume and application form. Applications accepted until position is filled.
