The Role
Were hiring a temporary Deal Desk Associate to support our Sales team by handling routine deal processing tasks. This role is focused on following established processes no need for strategic decision-making. Youll help ensure that quotes contracts and purchase orders are accurate compliant and completed on time.
Deal Desk Associate (Temporary)
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Reports to: Revenue Operations and Deal Desk Manager
What Youll Do
Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
Follow standard procedures to ensure deals meet internal requirements
Enter and update deal information in Salesforce
Route documents for approvals using existing workflows
Work with Sales Legal and Finance to resolve basic issues or missing information
Support end-of-month and end-of-quarter deal processing as needed
What You Bring
1 year of experience in sales support deal desk or administrative roles (SaaS experience preferred)
Familiarity with Salesforce and quoting tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow defined processes and meet deadlines
Clear written communication skills and comfort working in a remote setting

Competitive hourly pay $20-25/hr
