Our Impact:

The Single-Family Acquisitions Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.

Your Impact:

In this role you contribute your knowledge of mortgage fraud financial crimes and risk management to:

• Evaluate effectiveness of Counterpartys Fraud and Financial Crimes risk management program
• Undertake highly complex projects independently or contribute as a team member
• Administer the Fraud questionnaire
• Evaluate the Seller/Servicer compliance with the Freddie Mac guide
• Conduct risk assessments

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years experience in the mortgage or housing industry such as underwriting quality control or audit experience
• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with financial crimes investigations preferred
• Deep understanding and experience with risk management and controls
• Ability to communicate and present to all levels of management including executive leadership
• CFE or CAMs preferred
