You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Office Based US Medical and Scientific Affairs Vice President you will be responsible for ensuring that all Medical and Scientific Affairs (MSA) scientists develop deep medical scientific and claim support/evidence generation expertise across full NA portfolio portfolio of products across diverse set of categories/therapeutic areas from Oral Health to OTC to Wellness and all related relevant topics including but not limited to the consumer selfcare needs for which our product portfolio is developed across the continuum of treatment prevention and maintenance; knowledge of the competitive landscape and emerging scientific data.
This role encompasses the following responsibilities :
Lead the early strategic analysis innovative design guidance and execution of claims innovation across NA (US and CA) portfolio guided by deep scientific expertise
Lead diverse MSA team to deliver across all business commitments and ensure innovation pipeline has robust plans to achieve required technical POS to deliver critical to launch claims.
Continuously evaluate the base business and innovation program readiness needs across NA portfolio.
Drive Scientific Engagement across KOL community to credential our portfolio through scientific thought leadership.
Strategically evaluate the continuously evolving role readiness needs across the organization and develop and deliver ongoing development and learning plans to support robust succession planning for NA MSA team.
Continuously evaluate needs and recommend develop and deliver skills and knowledge programs to improve capabilities or fill gaps in knowledge of the USMSA personnel.
Partner with global category and FH team to ensure alignment to strategy on core innovation programs.

Consumer Health/CPG experience and/or Pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience designing and developing training programs and educational tools
Proven track record of delivering novel claim support and scientific visualization methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
Medical Doctor preferred
Masters degree PhD PharmD in science related field
Medical Affairs experience
Strong organizational planning and business acumen skills
Ability to prioritize business needs and flexibility to address them when business appropriate
Proven track record of talent development
