As Senior IT Project Manager youll: Lead high-priority complex projects and enterprise-wide initiatives Drive continuous improvement in IT project management operations Mentor and develop less-experienced staff to strengthen the PMO function Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute strategic goals Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable value

Strong IT experience including:
Data Center (On-Prem & Cloud) Networking Archive Solutions
Oracle & SQL Databases Cloud Solutions (AWS Azure Office 365) Project Management & Business Acumen:
Expertise in financial analysis (ROI NPV)
Workflow development/redesign (Visio proficiency)
Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions Leadership & Collaboration:
Executive presence with strong presentation & communication skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity & driving clarity for teams
Effective vendor & stakeholder management Healthcare IT experience is a plus but not required
