Summary:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for positively shaping employee experience maintaining accurate records and executing programs events and other duties as assigned.Job Description:
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Greet visitors; respond to inquiries courteously and promptly escalating as appropriate to provide quality customer service.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation providing new hires a warm and engaging introduction to university culture.
- Facilitate and process various HR transactions ensuring records are maintained and secured in accordance with university policies and procedures.
- Coordinate programs training meetings and events including facilities catering etc.
- Generate standard reports and audit records to support tracking key HR metrics compliance requirements and employee data.
- Oversee and mentor student employees.
- Maintain professional appearance of the Employee Services office.
- Provide administrative support contribute to team effort by executing special projects and complete other duties as assigned.
Required knowledge skills and abilities
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all employee related matters.
- Proficiency with MS Office and other computer systems.
Minimum qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Bachelors preferred).
- One year of HR experience preferred.

The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
