We are looking for a dedicated and motivated PediatricNurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Yakima WA. Ideally we are seeking either a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of experience in pediatrics who is passionate about community primary care and is knowledgeable or interested in lifestyle medicine. Must be reliable and an excellent communicator who is interested in joining our team for a longer-term commitment with potential partnership opportunity.

Duties:
- Provide high-quality compassionate evidence-based medical care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence.
- Conduct well-child exams preventive care visits and acute care visits in alignment with AAP guidelines and lifestyle medicine principles.
- Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with caregivers with attention to individualized care and clear communication.
- Document all encounters thoroughly and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Respond to patient messages and results in a timely manner with support from clinical team.
- Participate in rotating after-hours call coverage limited to phone triage only (no hospital or nursery rounds).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nurse practitioners medical assistants and front office staff to ensure seamless patient-centered care.
- Support and embody our mission vision and values including our emphasis on prevention longevity and lifestyle medicine.
- Uphold clinic standards for impeccable service first-class care and a fun welcoming environment for patients and families.
- Participate in team meetings quality improvement efforts and occasional community events to support clinic engagement and culture.
- Maintain current Washington state medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
- Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Washington
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of experience in pediatrics
- Knowledgeable or interested in lifestyle medicine
- Full time 4 days per week 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- $150k -160k bonus potential
- 4 weeks Vacation plus 1 week CME
