In this program you will:

• Experience a holistic view of the business through four six-month rotations across the Vanguard enterprise

• Develop essential leadership skills as you work alongside extraordinary guides in a range of subject areas and receive thorough coaching and mentorship from senior management

• Engage in complex projects that will be presented to key leadership and influence the financial futures of our investors

• Cultivate new relationships in a fast-growing network of like-minded professionals working to do whats right for the client

• Gain confidence in navigating the ambiguities of the industry as you identify problems recommend solutions and improve how the business functions

What it takes

• Open to all majors with a strong preference for candidates pursuing degrees in Business Finance Marketing Accounting or related fields. Ideal candidates are those passionate about building a career in the dynamic world of financial services. Seeking December 2026 and May 2027 graduates.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire others in both formal and informal settings effectively manage multiple priorities and achieve results

• Learning agility to successfully pass the SIE and obtain the Series 7 and 63 within the time frame described in Vanguards FINRA Licensing Policy by utilizing resources and support provided by Vanguard

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor for effective interaction with internal crew stakeholders and management.

• Ability to effectively lead multiple tasks and/or projects concurrently demonstrating strong project management skills.
