What it takes
- Open to all majors with a strong preference for candidates pursuing degrees in Business Finance Marketing Accounting or related fields. Ideal candidates are those passionate about building a career in the dynamic world of financial services. Seeking December 2026 and May 2027 graduates.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire others in both formal and informal settings effectively manage multiple priorities and achieve results
- Learning agility to successfully pass the SIE and obtain the Series 7 and 63 within the time frame described in Vanguards FINRA Licensing Policy by utilizing resources and support provided by Vanguard
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor for effective interaction with internal crew stakeholders and management.
- Ability to effectively lead multiple tasks and/or projects concurrently demonstrating strong project management skills.
