EEC Graduate Program Recruitment Manager Overview:
The EEC Graduate Program Recruitment Manager enhancesIslandWoods EEC programscapacity to implement the current EEC program by taking the lead on the management of the recruitment processes recruiting students to its graduate program by assessing current recruiting systems and strategies. The manager collects data makes strategic recommendations based on experience and knowledge of best practices to improve the number caliber and quality of inquiries and applications to the program. The manager supports the submission process for prospective students and manages the logistical elements of recruitment and admissions. The Manager plays an active role in recruitment for the academic year by leading initiatives to build a robust graduate class including but not limited to cultivating prospective applicants through personal outreach leveraging professional networks collaborating with the communications team hosting online information sessions and leading campus tours for prospective and admitted students. Additionally the EEC Graduate Program Recruitment Manager collaborates with the Graduate Program Director to build and sustain Alumni relations and ensure Alumni engagement with IslandWood.

Classification:Full-time Hourly/Non-Exempt
Work Schedule:Monday through Friday; flexible - may include some nights and weekends
Work Location:Bainbridge Island Campus; some remote work possible
Pay Range:$28.70 to $30.00/Hour

IslandWood offers 3 weeks paid vacation floating holidays 10 annual paid holidays and 80 hours of paid annual sick leave.(Time-off prorated during first year based on start date).
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing Recruitment Program- approx. 80%
Supporting the EEC Grad Program- approx. 20%
