A Day in the Life

As an Executive Assistant youll play a vital role in supporting our senior leaders by enabling their effectiveness and driving operational excellence in a complex high-impact environment.

This is more than an administrative role its an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while building relationships and supporting a purpose-driven culture.

As an Executive Assistant you will:

Provide high-level administrative support to one or more senior executives including calendar management travel coordination expense reporting and meeting preparation.

Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executive leaders and internal/external stakeholders fostering strong professional relationships.

Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Draft and manage correspondence reports and presentations with strong attention to detail.

Coordinate logistics for complex meetings events and offsites (virtual and in-person) including agenda development and follow-ups.

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve administrative and operational challenges.

Support project tracking documentation and team coordination as needed.

Partner with other Executive Assistants and administrative professionals across the organization to support broader team goals and initiatives.

Must Haves: Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years related experience

Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a large matrixed or global organization

- Experience supporting VP-level or above

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams Zoom Concur)

- Strong organizational time management and multitasking skills

- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

- Flexible solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Commitment to inclusion collaboration and a positive team culture

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72400.00 - $108600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
