Were looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to support our Service Department in maximizing appointments increasing retention and delivering high-quality customer engagement.
Pay:
- $40000 - $55000 annual compensation depending on skill and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone internet and chat inquiries from customers.
- Proactively reach out to current and prospective service customers via phone email and text to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
- Manage the service appointment pipeline and follow up on missed or declined service opportunities.
- Work with the Service Manager and Advisors to meet departmental goals.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.
- Assist with service campaigns recalls and customer satisfaction initiatives.
-Provide a friendly and helpful experience on every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a BDC call center or customer service role (automotive experience preferred but not required)
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable with CRM systems scheduling tools and dealership management software
- Driven reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Being bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
