Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner - Team Manager
Location: Hyderabad Telangana (Hybrid - 3 Days Work from Office)

You will:
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top technical commercial
and business talent across India EMEA and North America from early career to senior
and principal levels.
Performance and Reporting: Managed recruitment metrics and ensured legal
compliance.
Strategic Insights: Developed and delivered monthly business reviews to leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Planned selection processes and assessments with hiring
managers.
HR Process Improvement: Established and streamlined HR & Recruitment processes.
Team Leadership: Led a team of Recruiters TA Coordinators & HR Operations
associates.
US HR Operations: Led delivery and operations of US HR processes.
Work closely with the global recruiting team and business and regional leadership to
ensure consistency and alignment with company goals.
Ensure all relevant time sensitive SLAs are adhered to throughout the hiring funnels.
Ensure hiring strategies balance market intelligence relationships and data/insights.
Drive innovation in recruiting techniques and tools to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
About you:
8 years of in-house full life cycle recruiting experience with a track record of hiring
quality talent into technical commercial and business roles.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Proven ability to hire across levels from early career to senior level roles.
Demonstrated success as a player-coach balancing hands-on recruiting with leading
and developing teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills building and maintaining effective partnerships.
Experience with applicant tracking systems recruiting software and data visualization
tools specifically Workday Tableau among others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with
global teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
