The Catholic Charities Early Learning/Head Start program provides high quality comprehensive approach to services for both children and families that includes early learning education professional development family engagement health and nutrition and mental health and disability services. We serve children and families in eight locations in Cuyahoga County. All of our sitesare 5-Star Highly-Rated by the State of Ohios Step Up to Quality program.
What You Will Do:
- Administer recruitment selection onboarding and retention processes in support of our Early Learning Programs.
- Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) regulations.
- Interpret and administer the union contract with respect to grievances wages management practices and other contractual stipulations.
