About the Role:
As an Implementation Manager you will lead the successful onboarding expansion and strategic integration of Wunderkinds solutions for our clients. Acting as a trusted advisor you will partner with executive client stakeholders to deliver tailored implementation strategies that drive measurable value. With deep expertise in project management cross-functional collaboration and marketing technology you will elevate the client experience while advancing internal processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience including experience in SaaS implementation or consulting with proven leadership in complex client engagements.
- Strong track record of high-stakes project management with executive stakeholders.
- Expertise in digital marketing/MarTech ecosystems (e.g. ESPs commerce platforms tag managers).

- Exceptional problem-solving communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate competing priorities drive alignment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Highly skilled in translating technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Solutions-driven proactive and committed to exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success.
- Manage strategic projects for existing clients such as product expansions re-integrations and custom initiatives.
- Develop a deep knowledge base of your clients technical setups business needs and performance preferences to serve as a strategic advisor over the long term.
- Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders in marketing technology and design.
- Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact collaborating across Professional Services Customer Success and Product teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse audiences.
- Oversee cross-functional teams in design engineering and QA to deliver on-time and within scope.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and contribute insights to new
- product launches.

The base salary range for this role is $65000 to 75000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set depth of experience applicable certifications and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
