Job Description
Are you ready to love what you do! BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aClinical Nurse Manager (RN)for our Wilmington DEMedicare Certified Home Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatricclients in their homes throughout New Castle County.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatricclients in their homes for supervisory/assessment in
- Supervise a team of fieldnurses.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/ordeliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN.
- Home Health experience required.
- Acute med/surg and/or sub-acute experience required.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
