What will your job look like
Key Responsibilities:
RAN Automation:
- Design and implement automated solutions for Radio Access Networks (RAN) to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Experience with RAN Automation is a required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RAN automation with existing systems and processes.
Software Development:
- Lead the development of software solutions that support IT transformation and customer collaboration initiatives.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure software solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
Customer Collaboration:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and brainstorm innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Skills and Competencies:
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of RAN automation technologies and practices.
- Proficiency in software development including coding testing and deployment.
- Ability to integrate and optimize automated solutions within complex IT environments.
Analytical and Documentation Skills:
- Strong ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into clear structured plans.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements and goals from engagements across teams and partner networks.
Interpersonal and Communication Abilities:
- Exceptional skills in navigating conversations across teams with differing priorities.
- Ability to foster a collaborative atmosphere and maintain team morale and focus through shifts in direction.
Project Coordination:
- Experience in managing timelines dependencies and cross-functionality to keep development and delivery efforts aligned.
- Proactive mindset capable of resolving ambiguities from multiple sources and adapting quickly to evolving requirements.
Organizational Skills:
- Meticulous attention to organization ensuring all project details timelines and summaries are consistently maintained for both team use and executive visibility.
Certifications: (Nice to Have)
- Certified Solution Architect (CSA)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

The base pay for this position ranges from USD $165000/year to $185000/year individual compensation is determined by skills qualifications experience and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only and do not include bonus equity or sales incentives if applicable.
