Job Description
Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute through Whitestone Healthcare
Hospital Address: 100 Moccasin Bend Rd Chattanooga TN 37405
Pay and Benefits:
- $32 an hour
- Paid every Friday
- Insurance available for Full-Time Employees
Shift:
- 7am-8:30pm 7pm-830am (with lunch break)
- Every other weekend requirement
- Must Work 1 major summer and 1 major winter holiday
- Hold-over policy (potential)
Term: Long-Term Placement
Interview: In-person
Orientation: Twice a month
Job Description:
Provide care treatment and general welfare of patients. May supervise the work of others and works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs Nursing duties within the assigned areas and assigned shift including the collection of lab work and other health screenings. Keeps informed of and follows all agency facility and unit policies and procedures. Assists the RN Supervisor with on-the-job Nursing instruction.
Job Requirements:
- Must pass Drug Screen and Fingerprint
- Must be proficient in Med Pass
Credential Requirements:
- Active Nursing License
- Current American Heart Association BLS
- Current TB (if you have a positive TB Chest X-ray is required)
- Current Physical
