The Milton Town School District is seeking a full-time High School Library Assistant. To assist students andfaculty in the use of the library-media center. Maintain order in the center including but not limited to theselection of books materials and equipment. As well as creating a safe & welcoming environment that supportsthe needs of our school community. Qualifications: Must be organized and detail-oriented have good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with people. Minimum of high school education; college graduate preferred. School library experience preferred Computer and interpersonal skills essential. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students ranging in age from 4 to 18 years old. Must be available to work until 4:00 PM on school days. Minimum hourly rate of $20 with full benefits. The rate can be higher depending on experience and degree.
