The External Partnership Manager will be instrumental in advancing The HILLs mission by cultivating and sustaining partnerships with industry higher education and community organizations. This role drives engagement opportunities that expand real-world learning elevate public awareness and foster meaningful collaboration. The goal is to build strong mutually beneficial relationships that enrich student experiences and strengthen innovative career and technical education programs.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for project management and program evaluation. Provide administrative responsibilities and assistance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develops and implements project management efficiencies to ensure timelines are implemented and remain on the identified trajectory.
  • Collaborate with district team and school administrators to establish and monitor high standards for excellence with students teachers staff and other stakeholders
  • Prepares annual reports and disseminates information regarding the implementation and evaluations of new and innovative programs.
  • Identify potential issues and obstacles and proactively takes action to create and implement solutions.
  • Serves on state district community and other professional committees as requested.
  • Supports the purchase and distribution of resource materials equipment consumables and general supplies as needed for designated programs.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate in more than one language or the willingness to learn to communicate in more than one language at the novice level of proficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains regular attendance.

  • Develop and analyze budgets and financial reports.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports.
  • Prioritize and schedule work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in business management education or related field.
  • Masters degree preferred but not required.

Licenses or Certifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant license project management teaching certificate or related licensure. (Preferred)
