Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in client meetings by preparing materials managing status reports and sending follow-up recaps with clear next steps
- Assist with the project management of deliverables track progress ensure timelines and scopes are met and follow up with team members
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and creative projects
- Help develop timelines and coordinate cross-functional work for campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain a thorough understanding of clients businesses goals and audiences
- Participate in the execution of work-product deliverables (e.g. email deployment reporting)
- Ensure all client-facing work is delivered accurately on time and aligned with strategy
- Hold yourself and your team accountable for deadlines quality and communication
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or related field preferred
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business Communications or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including social media paid/organic search website development and creative production
- Experience working with digital platforms (e.g. WordPress project management tools analytics platforms)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides)
- Google Analytics certification a plus
- Values personalized service urgency curiosity strategy and excellence.
- Positive proactive and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment
