Drive BD strategy for Machs VIPER vertical launch munition system. Develop key relationships with the Army SOCOM and allied customers. Own pipeline development user engagement and D2P2 capture efforts.
Own customer engagement strategy from early concept conversations through contract signature and initial fielding.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of tactical edge capability needs aligned with Army Futures Command PEO Missiles & Space DEVCOM and SOCOM AT&L.
Guide internal teams through the user feedback loop (warfighter touchpoints JCTDs live-fire demos etc.).
Lead CONOPS development and technical tailoring of VIPERs platform to specific use cases (e.g. indirect fire replacement precision strike denied environments).
Represent Mach at key industry days defense innovation forums and live test campaigns.
Collaborate with engineering manufacturing and program management to shape offerings aligned with user readiness and mission urgency.
Support coalition and allied partner opportunities through FMS/DCS pathways and strategic industry teaming.
Monitor legislative and budgetary developments that influence funding for tactical munitions and precision engagement.
8 years in BD or defense innovation roles.
Familiarity with loitering munitions AI-enabled targeting and UAS kill-chain integration.
Experience with SBIR/STTR OTAs and rapid prototyping vehicles.
Ability to translate technical value into tactical mission relevance.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and training critical skills and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Machs total compensation package.
