Clinical Nurse Manager - Oncology Unit

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of oncology nurses while ensuring delivery of evidence-based care

Required Qualifications
- Current RN license required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required
- Oncology Chemotherapy Administration Certification
- Current BCLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing leadership experience
- Strong clinical knowledge of oncology care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
