NOW HIRING Customer Service Representatives
We are looking to hire a Customer service representative to join our residential plumbing heating and air conditioning company. In order to be a successful CSR you must be able to able to navigate a multi-line phone system. The primary job duties are outbound calling as well as inbound calls. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and remain empathetic to incoming situations. Must be able to work as a team player and be dependable. A friendly upbeat tone is essential. Outbound cold calling experience is a must.
