About this role
Manages a team of intermediate or experienced professional in Product Management. Implements product development advertising viability and marketing/sales strategies. Maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and advises a team on relevant Marketing processes / policies in support of the overall Marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales and profitability of the assigned product lines
- Be the internal champion for the assigned product lines and provide leadership team updates on business needs and direction.
- Analyze market and develop product strategy to drive share growth for the segment
- Assess market competition by comparing the companys product to competitors products.
- Work with Senior Product Manager to direct marketing communication for assigned product lines
- Collaborate with engineers designers suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications for new product development.
- Provide guidance for developing sales and marketing tools that assist the field sales force in their selling efforts of assigned product lines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the sales and order processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 6 years of experience in an industrial or HVAC segment
- Traveling up to 10% is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree
- Experience with DOAS and WSHP systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Due to customer contractual agreements must be a US citizen green card holder or permanent resident of USA.
