Are you a motivated individual with a passion for helping people find their perfect home TruHome is seeking a dynamic full-time Leasing Agent to join our growing team!
What Were Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to connect with customers and close deals.
- Leasing Experience: Previous experience in leasing is a plus but were willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Outgoing Personality: Friendly and engaging with a knack for building relationships.
- Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation: Essential for property showings and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
- Process rental applications efficiently and accurately.
- Review and update marketing materials to attract potential renters.
- Coordinate seamless move-ins for new tenants.
- Conduct property and unit inspections to ensure high standards.
- Perform general office duties to support our team.
Compensation & Hours:
- Starting pay between $17-$19/hr based on experience.
- Typical hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM with weekends and evenings by appointment only.
