Job Description
What You Can Expect
This position is based in Houston TX and reports directly to the Transaction Manager.
What Youll Bring
- You hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. Alternatively we will consider candidates with ten (10) years of relevant work experience where you gained hands-on skills in transaction execution deal structuring financial analysis and cross-functional coordination
- You have a minimum of seven (7) years of leadership professional business experience with a least five (5) years of experience in the Retail Energy industry and three (3) years of experience in utility transaction management
- You have strong working knowledge of ERCOT PJM NYISO MISO and ISO-NE transaction and settlement protocols
- You are knowledgeable in leading successful transformation programs in complex businesses and adapting organizational structures
- You are proficient in problem-solving critical thinking and quickly learning ENGIEs operational processes utility protocols and market transaction rules
- You have experience collaborating with IT teams supporting software testing and deployment and leading cultural initiatives
- You are proficient in building high-performing teams mentoring leaders managing OPEX budgets and maintaining strong vendor relationships
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy three (3) days in-office two (2) days remote
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $131000 $183330 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
