We are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Analyst to join the Insights portion of our CXO Insights & Reporting team which supports various teams within the Customer Experience (CX) and Operations (O) functions at BILL as well as BILLs product general managers. This position will play a pivotal role in weaving data from various sources into compelling data stories and insights specifically as it relates to Voice of Customer (VoC) collected via customer support contacts.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance CXO data models to generate actionable VoC insights
- Develop compelling data visualizations and present VoC insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the customer experience
- Support and collaborate with Senior Analysts on the CXO Insights & Reporting team
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CXO VoC data and a strategic thought partner for business initiatives
Wed love to chat if you have
- Bachelors degree in a technical or data-related field (e.g. Economics Mathematics Business) or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role with demonstrated success in data storytelling
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Experience preparing and delivering data presentations to senior leadership
- Experience working with data warehouses and business intelligence tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience modeling data using dbt (data build tool)
- Experience collaborating with Customer Experience VoC and Product teams to improve customer journeys
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Asana
- Fintech or startup experience
- Exposure to LLMs / generative AI tools (OpenAI Gemini etc.)
This hybrid role requires in-office work (Mon Tues Thurs) at our Draper UT office. Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs and live within 45 miles of the Draper office or relocate by the start date. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.
