This is an on-site position where you ll support Arabic-speaking customers through voice chat or email. You ll handle inquiries related to non-telecom products and services working within a structured tech-driven environment.
Handle inbound customer inquiries in Arabic
Offer accurate and timely information using internal tools
Follow company guidelines to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions
Work toward performance and quality targets
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
University graduate (students not eligible)
English proficiency A2 or above
Willing to work full-time from the company s office in Smart Village
Flexible with rotational shifts (latest shift for females: 9 PM for males: 3 AM)
Able to work on rotational days off
Basic Salary: EGP 5400
KPI Bonus: EGP 1350 (gross)
Total Monthly Package: EGP 6750 (gross)
