Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Role
Lead the development of Raydas core platform infrastructure focusing on multi-tenant architecture enterprise SSO integration and security compliance.
What Youll Build
- Multi-Tenant Platform: Secure data isolation for thousands of enterprise customers
- Enterprise SSO: SAML OIDC and SCIM integration with major identity providers
- API Gateway: Rate limiting authentication and request routing for all services
- Security Framework: Zero-trust architecture with comprehensive audit logging
- Workflow Engine: Multi-step automation with error handling and retry logic
- Webhook Processing: Real-time event handling from external systems
- Data Synchronisation: Keep data in sync across platforms
- Integration Health: Monitoring and alerting for external service dependencies
Requirements
Required Experience:
- 5 years backend development with enterprise B2B focus
- Multi-Tenancy: Experience building SaaS platforms with tenant isolation
- Enterprise SSO: Hands-on experience with SAML OIDC OAuth 2.0
- Security-First: Understanding of enterprise security requirements and compliance
- API Design: RESTful API design and microservice architecture
- Database Design: PostgreSQL with performance optimization and scaling
Technical Skills
Required: - Python (FastAPI) - PostgreSQL (advanced) - SSO protocols (SAML/OIDC) - Redis/Caching - JWT/OAuth 2.0 - Docker/Linux Preferred: - Kubernetes - AWS - Security compliance frameworks - Message queues (RabbitMQ/Apache Kafka)
