Job Description
Are you passionate about community engagement advocacy and empowerment Join our mission-driven nonprofit as a Community Outreach Assistant and gain hands-on experience supporting local initiatives that create real impact. No prior experience necessary we provide full training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
Build and nurture strong relationships with community members nonprofits and local organizations
Assist in planning and executing outreach events public awareness campaigns and community workshops
Maintain and strengthen partnerships and stakeholder networks
Collect feedback track engagement metrics and assist in evaluating outreach effectiveness
Collaborate closely with a dedicated team committed to equity and community empowerment
Requirements
Outgoing empathetic communicator skilled at building lasting relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Genuine passion for community service advocacy or nonprofit work
Team player with a flexible schedule including availability for local events
No prior experience required comprehensive training and mentorship provided
