Software Engineer - Operations & Maintenance Support
Location: Singapore
Job type: Contract
We re partnering with a pioneering tech company that s leveraging AI and real-time data to reduce carbon emissions worldwide.
The Role
As a Domain Software O&M Engineer you ll be responsible for the health and maintenance of SaaS products running in live customer environments. Your work includes troubleshooting application-level issues supporting releases coordinating with product and project teams and providing feedback to improve system stability.
As a Domain Software O&M Engineer you ll be responsible for the health and maintenance of SaaS products running in live customer environments. Your work includes troubleshooting application-level issues supporting releases coordinating with product and project teams and providing feedback to improve system stability.
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in application maintenance or production support
- Strong Linux command line and debugging skills
- Experience with web technologies and issues investigation workflows
- Experience with databases like MySQL Redis or TSDB
- Strong communicator with ability to interface across teams (product development operations)
- Experience with VMware and/or Azure is a plus
- Domain knowledge in renewables or smart energy is advantageous
- Experience working with customer-facing SaaS deployments is a plus
