Role: Account Manager
Location: Singapore

The Role:
As an Account Manager you will be the primary contact for clients responsible for maintaining relationships managing inquiries and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset to build long-term trust-based client partnerships. In addition the Account Manager is encouraged to help bring in new clients to expand their existing clientele.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business Administration Information Technology Engineering Communications or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in account management ideally in the IT or technology sector.
- Experience managing cybersecurity and network solutions for government and enterprise sectors.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Prior experience in bid management is an advantage.
