Outreach Fundraising
Pro Bono Collaborations and Paid Leasing:
- Identify and establish pro bono partnerships with businesses and organizations to support WWF-India s outreach fundraising goals.
- Identify and manage paid leasing in commercial spaces such as airports malls and markets.
- Draft effective mailers and proposals for long-term associations with corporates.
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of pro bono outreach projects.
Field Activation and Site Coordination:
- Conduct field visits and reconnaissance (recci) of potential sites before finalizing them for outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics and execution of outreach sites.
- Ensure visibility and impact of outreach campaigns.
- Liaise with fundraising teams for on-ground support.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with site managers vendors and commercial partners.
- Resolve on-ground operational issues promptly and effectively.
Workplace Giving
Platform Management:
- Support the implementation and management of workplace giving platforms such as Benevity.
- Assist in creating engaging campaigns and initiatives aligned with CSR goals.
Corporate Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between corporate partners and WWF-India s mission.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with CSR teams executives and employee champions.
Onboarding and Support:
- Provide assistance to companies interested in adopting workplace giving.
- Identify and initiate contact with prospective corporates for program on boarding.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of outreach and corporate engagement events.
- Represent WWF-India at external events to promote outreach fundraising and workplace giving.
- Collaborate with regional WWF-India teams to tailor employee engagement packages.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on outreach site performance and workplace giving initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.
- Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
- Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team.
- Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-Indias work.
- Public Speaking skills / BD experience.
- Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks.
- Sales background / CSR Background.
