Senior Project Manager - Construction

AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Senior Project Manager for our upcoming project in San Francisco CA.

• Directs and managers the entire project guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage procurement through contract closeout. 
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BS Construction Management or Engineering and 10 years of relevant construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements: 

• BS/MS Construction Management.
• Strong experience in Project Controls.
• Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Experience with project sequencing and budgeting. 
• Demonstrated experience in the construction of hospitality/gaming facilities.
