Job Description
Responsible for the machining tasks execution repair and redesigns needed by the manufacturing plant as well as the attention to preventive and corrective maintenance activities for tooling and production machinery. Also to participate in the analysis of recurrent issues in the manufacturing process. Participation in the build of New work stations for production area.
Metal-machining activities in jigs/fixtures in order to offer an effective operation on the productive process.
Work orders reports documentation.
Failures analysis and problem solving participation.
Meet the procedures related Quality System Safety Healty and Environmental.
Knowledge and application of the Quality Policy.
Responsable de la ejecucin de maquinados reparaciones y rediseos que la planta necesite as como atencin del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a herramentales y maquinaria de produccin adems de participar en anlisis de problemas recurrentes que se presenten en los procesos. Colaboracin en la fabricacin de nuevas estaciones de trabajo.
Realizacin de maquinados de partes necesarias para la efectiva operacin de cualquier equipo productivo.
Generacin de reportes y ordenes de trabajo diarias con el fin de analizar la utilizacin de los tiempos.
Participar en anlisis de fallas o problemas recurrentes de proceso con el fin de encontrar la solucin del problema o falla de raz.
Cumplimiento de los procedimientos instructivos y dems especificaciones del Sistema Ide Gestin de Seguridad Salud y Medio Ambiente.
Conocer y aplicar la Poltica de calidad.
Qualifications :
Technical Career in Machining and Tool Room.
5 years experience in similar position.
Operation of machining machinery Lathe machine Milling machine CNC machine grinding machine
Manual tools and measurement equipment.
TPM.
5S and safety.
Drawings interpretation.
Tooling for crimping knowledge.
Improvement projects.
Effective communication.
Disponibility and service attitude.
Carrera tcnica en mquinas y herramientas.
Minimo 5 aos de experiencia en puesto similar.
Manejo y Operacin de Mquinas y Herramientas (Torno Fresadora CNC Sierra cinta Rectificadora etc.)
Manejo de herramienta manual y equipo de medicin.
Mantenimientos Autnomos (TPM).
Metodologia de 5s y Seguridad Industrial.
Interpretacin de dibujos o croquis de partes a fabricar redisear o reparar.
Experiencia y conocimientos de herramentales fixtures gages dados de prensado etc.
Participacion en proyectos de mejora.
Comunicacin efectiva.
Alta disponibilidad y Excelente espiritu de servicio..
