Plant Manager
Reports To: Director of Operations
Position Summary
The Plant Manager for Madisonville is responsible for executing the companys vision and mission through the strategic coordination of all plant resources under the direction of the Vice President of Operations. This role ensures safe efficient and compliant manufacturing operations that consistently deliver high-quality products while meeting financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure product quality product safety legality regulatory compliance and quality systems are maintained at all times.
Document analyze and report all plant financial and operational trends; maintain positive trends in every aspect of the operation.
Ensure key performance indicators are defined tracked and trending positively.
Maintain product quality and safety at all times.
Ensure a safety-driven culture is maintained throughout the plant.
Execute all personnel programs in compliance with company local state and federal requirements.
Lead a daily plant performance meeting to monitor and drive results.

Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
Desirable:
HACCP certification.
Work Experience & Skills
Essential:
Proven 5 years of experience working in plant operations.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants.
Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a variety of people and personalities.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization in person and in writing including presenting training.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology.
Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Desirable:
Experience leading food manufacturing operations.
Experience in cooked food production.
Experience with ammonia refrigeration/freezer systems
