Are you ready to discover the role of a ITAM - ServiceNow Business Analyst in Netcompany
As a ITAM - ServiceNow Business Analyst you will:
- Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Optimize Processes: Collaborate with development teams to improve business processes and user experience.
- Automate Workflows: Analyze and design automated workflows using Flow Designer to boost efficiency.
- Enhance HAM: Define and refine asset tracking lifecycle management and reporting processes within ServiceNow.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Test & Document: Assist in testing and create detailed documentation.
- Present Solutions: Present findings and solutions to stakeholders including senior management.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst including at least 1 year working with ServiceNow
- Solid background in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or IT asset tracking with a focus on lifecycle processes data integrity and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- A proactive service-minded team player
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English
- Highly motivated to learn and grow continuously
