We are looking for a skilled Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing for Core Banking projects with a focus on Temenos T24 in the Private Banking domain. The role involves leading functional regression automation and non-functional testing while ensuring quality delivery across multiple teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in T24 modules automation tools and frameworks with excellent problem-solving stakeholder management and leadership skills in an Agile environment.
- Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing regression automation and non-functional requirements (NFR) in large Temenos T24 projects within the Private Banking domain.
- Define and execute test planning including test design data management environment setup automation NFR testing regression defect management and test closure activities.
- Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications to determine appropriate test approach scope and strategy.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (BA Development Operations) to ensure upstream software quality and effective end-to-end delivery.
- Oversee status reporting and defect management processes across multiple teams.
- Proactively identify risks raise issues and recommend optimal solutions to stakeholders.
- Work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban or SAFe using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Test Lead role for Temenos T24 projects preferably in the Private Banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of Private Banking domains including Securities Payments Corporate Actions Derivatives Structured Products Accounting Pricing Portfolio Management Forex Treasury and Lending.
- Excellent expertise in T24 modules and testing of T24 integration COB (Close of Business) testing and client output validation.
- Hands-on experience in SWIFT message testing and regulatory reporting.
- In-depth understanding of financial accounting across various asset classes.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Selenium) and DevOps concepts; Java knowledge and automation experience are an advantage.
- Experience in using Agile planning tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing and guiding teams across multiple locations.
