Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Offshore Data Analyst to support our Finance organization and business teams. This role serves as the critical link between financial data insights and business decision-making providing accurate reporting forecasting and data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial analysis data visualization and SaaS-based financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to gather analyze and interpret financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards reports and models to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis trend identification and data reconciliation across multiple systems.
- Provide insights into financial performance KPIs and operational efficiencies.
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and review.
- Work closely with IT and Data Engineering teams to optimize data sources and automation.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Data Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in financial data analysis preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel SQL Power BI and other analytics tools.
- Knowledge of financial modeling forecasting techniques and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in an offshore setup while maintaining high responsiveness and collaboration.
- This job requires the candidate to to be working during 8am to 5pm US Eastern Time Zone hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ERP CRM or SaaS subscription billing platforms.
- Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics in finance.
- Familiarity with compliance risk analysis and financial auditing processes
